I got this page from the dilbert.com blog. I plan to do this pretty soon. Sadly I have only 2 thing done, ie.,
Pay off my CCs
Buy a House.
Hope fully god willing I should be done with this by the end of next month.
9 Things You Should Do Instead of Buying Stocks:
"Make a will.
Pay off your credit cards.
Get term life insurance if you have a family to support.
Fund your 401(k) to the maximum.
Fund your IRA to the maximum.
Buy a house if you want to live in a house and can afford it.
Put six months' worth of expenses in a money market account.
Take whatever money is left over and invest 70% in a stock index fund and 30% in a bond fund through any discount broker, and never touch it until retirement.
If any of this confuses you, or if you have something special going on (retirement, college planning, tax issues), hire a fee-based financial planner."

New Build of Silverlight Client library for Data Services!
If you are using Data Services with Siverlight data Services client object you would have come across this error.
"The closed type System.String does not have a corresponding Category settable property"
"I was able to download the fix for this issue, here is the link I used,
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=CF8F88C3-D869-46DE-A7BF-FB7712C791B7&displaylang=en"
This is a temporary fix until they come out with the next release.
You need to copy the included System.Data.Services.Client.dll file into the
\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Silverlight\v2.0\Libraries\Client folder.
